Cancellation Policy

Consultations are held in-person or online. The following cancellation policy goes into effect immediately upon payment of your deposit. 7-Day Notice: Because full vehicle wraps require extensive calendar blocking, we require a minimum of 7 days' notice to cancel or reschedule a wrap appointment. Rescheduling with at least 7 days' notice allows your deposit to transfer to the new date. Late Cancellations: Cancellations or rescheduling requests made with less than 7 days' notice will result in the complete forfeiture of your deposit. Custom Material Orders: If your build requires a custom base coat, specialty pearl, or hypershift pigment that must be specially ordered, the cost of those materials is strictly non-refundable once the order is placed, regardless of when the cancellation occurs. Late Arrivals We operate on a precise schedule to ensure every vehicle gets the attention it deserves. If you arrive more than 30 minutes late for your vehicle drop-off without prior notification, we reserve the right to cancel the appointment and retain the deposit.
